We want you to love your Ollie pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your return to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
